Excellent experience with my family tonight. The customer service was 10/10 with exceptional knowledge and friendliness - shout out to Johnathan for the customer service and attention. The overall team went out of the way to answer questions and were personable. The playlist, the ambiance, the selection, and the overall experience was incredible and top sneaker store in the state.

This place sucks on trade in and Prices overall. Way overpriced and taking advantage of the people. Lowballing at its finest I wish sneakers inc in Hoover was still open they were more reasonable with prices well as trade in. You’ll have a brand new shoe basically and they offer the lowest of numbers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Pretty good shoe store. They had a lot of good shoes and I like how they had the prices attached on the bottom of the shoe that way you don’t have to constantly ask the price like other stores. The staff were friendly when you approached them, but otherwise they didn’t really engage.

10/10 shoe store. I’ve always had great experiences with both the customer service and the quality of the shoes. Anytime I’ve struggled to find the right pair, they’ve came in clutch. Keep it up!

This is one of my favorite places in Birmingham! Great selection of shoes and super stylish clothes. Very high-quality in all of the products. Also the store smells immaculate!!

Phenomenal experience. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a warm smile, I almost felt like royalty. That wasn't even the best part I was asked about my shoe size and preference which is rare most places say "welcome" and that's it. But not here they genuinely care about your needs. It was truly an experience that took me back to a time when manners and customer service mattered. Great job Memory Lane 5 stars with no hesitation.

But honestly, it's not just about the fantastic selection of kicks. What truly makes it special is the co-owner, Tee. He's incredibly welcoming and actually takes the time to connect with his customers. It feels less like a typical shop and more like a community hub where genuine conversations happen. You can tell he really cares about his customers, not just making a sale. It's such a refreshing and personal experience! Memory Lane has the fresh kicks and a really cool, friendly vibe.

I’ve been getting my shoes from Memory Lane Birmingham for the last three years. At this point, I don’t even question it. I’ll pop my head in just to see what’s in stock. Sometimes the prices be so right, you can’t pass on certain designer pairs. Simple as that.
